• Operating the Members Registry — legal basis: pursuing the Association’s objectives and the legitimate interest in publicly informing about licensed members.
• Security, statistics and improving the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest / your consent for non-essential cookies.

4. Recipients

Your data is never sold or rented. It may be shared with: the website’s hosting provider, our email service provider, and public authorities where required by law. Members Registry details are, by their nature, publicly accessible on the website.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law. Member details are retained for the duration of membership.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent.
