General Assembly, Board of Directors, Committees and District Representatives.

HOW WE WORK

Five distinct levels

S.E.M.I.E.K. is organised into distinct levels, so that decision-making and day-to-day service to members are handled consistently.

General Assembly

Sets the Association’s policy and elects the Board of Directors every two years.

Board of Directors (11 members)

Sets strategy and oversees the work of the committees.

Committees

Specialised working groups that follow each field and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

District Representatives

Coordinate members at local level.

Secretariat

Keeps records and handles the Association’s business, with OEB’s support.

  • Subcontracting agreements and VAT matters.
  • Public-sector tenders.
